My apologies to the LinkedIn Bloggers Group for my late post.  I'm in the middle of a move, so things are kind of hectic for me right now.  The Blog for this week is Des Walsh's Thinking Home Business.  It's a great blog for entrepreneurs as well as anyone that wants to learn more about blogging.  This is another example of a wonderful blog.  It has a clear title and an about me page that explains exactly what the blog is about.  Great job Des!

This week's blog boost goes to ELSUA~ A KM Blog. Overall the blog is very informative.  The about me page explains what the blog is about.  You guys know that I'm a stickler for that kind of stuff.  The only thing that I would change would be to have a more descriptive title.  If it weren't for the explanation given on the LinkedIn Bloggers Yahoo Group, I wouldn't have known what the blog was about.  Also, I couldn't figure out how to leave a comment.  Maybe he doesn't want any?  Well no problem.  I was just trying to comply with the request that we leave comments.  Of course it could have been because I was too impatient to wait for the comment screen to load.  All in all Luis has done a great job here.  Keep up the good work.

Well it was still May 31, 2006 when I started writing this post.  It's still May 31,2006 somewhere in the Country, isn't it?  LOL.  Well today's blog is called the Neat Living Blog.  It's a wonderful resource about keeping your living area neat and free of clutter. This blog is a must read.  Make sure to blogroll it and subscribe to the feed.  I know every small business owner has had a moment of "Now where did I put my…"  The url for this blog is http://www.neatliving.net

The only thing that bothered me about this blog was that I couldn't find the author's name on the blog. Other than that this is a very good blog.

This week's LinkedIn Bloggers Blog Boost is Corporate Blogging 101.  It's main objective is to explain blogging to corporate types.  The particular post that I am supposed to be reviewing today is found here:

He brings up a very good point.  This was a very well written post.  I knew exactly what he was trying to get across and what I as a reader was supposed to get from reading his post.  The title of his blog is simple and it's easy to understand what he's going to be writing about in his blog.  Great job!

Well this week's blog was yet another one of those, "What is this blog about again?" kind of blogs.  I guess it's for artsy types although I still haven't really figured out what the writer is trying to get her readers to gain from reading the blog.  I guess you can figure out that it's important to me to be able to figure out why I should be reading your blog. If you don't have a descriptive title for your blog, you should have a description in the profile section of your blog.  That's just my opinion.  You can view this week's Blog by going to http://gorgeoux.blogspot.com/

This week's Blog Boost goes to Laura's Winning Ideas. Basically this blog is a hodegpodge of information related to proposal writing.  She has interesting tips on grammar. I don't really know that much about writing proposals so maybe I need to read this blog more often.  The only thing that I would suggest is that she indicate what she wants her readers to gain from reading her blog.

This week's Blog is Practical Blogging. Robyn covers business and tech topics.  Some topics include social networking, blogging, advertising, podcasting and pr.  I like the colors and the fact that she has a picture on her blog and a link to her linkedin profile so you can learn more about her.  These things help me feel confident that I am not reading a splog (which is a spam blog, but that's another post).  Great blog Robyn.

This week's blog, The Everyday Economist, discusses Economics.  I'd like it if the blogger could fix the picture so that it doesn't cover the headlines.  Also, it would be nice if the blogger would put a name on the about me page so I don't have to keep referring to the blog owner as the blogger.  The blog does have decent content, so I'd check it out if I were you.

Now here's a blog I can really get into.  This blog talks about various personal money issues.  Personal Money Tips has a very clear description about what a reader is expected to gain from reading this blog.  The format is very clean and neat as well.  Great job James.

This week’s blog is a must read for my right brained friends out there. The theme of this blog is basically anything having to do with visual arts and cats. So if you’re into cats or Visual Arts, check out The Artsy Asylum now.  Personally I’m more of a dog person.  The pictures on this blog are very clear and crisp.
